Payment Period

After placing an order, payment needs to be made within 2 days. Please email the payment slip to eshop@footlinkonline.com . If the payment is not made within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Period

Delivery is within 3 to 5 working days upon payment received. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days, please notify us immediately.

Important - For smooth delivery, please ensure that the following shipping details of your order are correct:

Recipient Address: House/Unit No., Building Name, Street Name, Area, City, State & Postcode (make sure there is people at home to receive your order)
Contact Number: A local valid house or mobile number that can be reached at all times.

Tracking of Parcel
A "Tracking Number" of your parcel will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You may check the shipping status of your parcel at the links below based on the courier company that we have used.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Return for a “One-Time Exchange” Policy for Shoes only
 
Terms & Conditions:

  1. We do not accept Return for any payment refund. However, we accept Return for a “One-Time Exchange” of any items(subject to availability) from our store.
  2. Our “One-Time Exchange” is only applicable to purchases and deliveries from within Malaysia.
  3. No refund on the difference amount will be given if the value of the “Exchanged Item” is less than the value of the “Returned Item”.
  4. If the value of the “Exchanged Item” is higher than the value of the “Returned Item”, the difference amount must be paid by Buyer via cash bank-in OR online bank transfer.
  5. The return pair of shoes must be in its original unworn condition packed in the original shoe box together with all related accessories.
  6. Customers are required to return the shoes to us at his/her own cost. Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd shall only bear the delivery cost (by Ordinary Post) of the Exchanged Item to customers.
  7. Returned Item which is deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or in a worn condition is not eligible for Exchange. Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd has the right to assess the condition of returned item prior to confirming the eligibility for the “One-Time Exchange.
  8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.

 

Return for Exchange Procedures:
 
Step 1
Email your request to us at eshop@footlinkonline.com. Please include in the email your Order Number, the shoes model that you had purchased, the new shoes model or the new size that you want to exchange as well as the reason for the exchange.

Step 2
You will receive a reply on your email request within 72 hours (3 working days) from the time we received your email. In the email, we will advise you on the availability of your preferred item and/or size for Exchange and process your request thereon.

Step 3
Send your purchased item back to us at the respective given “Returned Address” using your choice of courier agent, at your own cost within 3 working days from the date you received our confirmation/approval on the Exchange. Provide us the tracking code and preferably a copy of the consignment note for our reference. *Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd  is not responsible for packages lost in transit*
 
Step 4
Once your “Returned Item” is received and inspected, your Exchange will be processed and delivered to you within 14 working days from the date we received your “Returned Item”.

Faulty goods

Customers should return faulty items purchased on-line for a exchange within 21-days of purchase with proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt or credit card statement).

To return a faulty item, please notify eshop@footlinkonline.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Faulty items received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.

Please note that items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.  The customer will be notified and the goods will be returned to them at their own expense.

When returning goods, please use a reliable method of shipping, as Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for the postage costs back to Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd and Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd will only pay for the postage of any replacement item(s), or issue a refund.

Limited edition collection

Limited edition collection are design with are available for a short period of time only. During the exchange of a limited edition collection is based on stock availability. Please follow "Return Policy". 

Clearance or Sales Items

All clearance or sales  items are final sales. Clearance or sales items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

GST or TAX or VAT for countries other than Malaysia

Customers would need to pay for the GST or TAX or VAT which will be informed by the courier service provider before or during the delivery of the goods to you. Please take note that Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd will not bear or include this GST or TAX or VAT in our invoice.

Security

We use the strongest encryption technology to protect your confidential personal information and credit card information. All credit card information are encrypted and transmitted using a secure SSL protocol. Footlink To Wellness Sdn Bhd does not retain your credit card information after your purchase.
